This is just a collection of top of the dome freestyles, from the ORIGINAL! Main Ingredient Radio Show.
The quality is low as this was ripped from tapes..
The Main Ingredient ( The Original since 1994) was the stepping stone for most crews in BC (Birmingham, UK) to showcase there Freestyle skills...
I was lucky as I was invited onto the show, then later became the host( Kaotic) along side my homie DJ Kingstun.
We did things in the same fashion as the world famous Wake Up Show & Future Flavas..
This is just a flash back on how I got down in the 90’s
